They say you can choose your friends, but you can't choose your family.  And is that ever true!  But I fully believe through better understanding of one another and mutual respect, healthy and happy families can thrive.  I work together with families to improve communication, repair relationship wounds, and understand each family member's unique strengths and gifts that they bring to the family unit.  Through proven methods geared toward family therapy, your family will work toward growth individually and together.  Families with younger children may experience therapy through more Play Therapy techniques, while families with older children may do more talking or directed activities together.  Whatever the method, my goal is to help each member feel heard, understood, accepted, and connected to the others.
